Welcome to the AMTESOL 2027 Conference

AMTESOL 2027 brings together English-language teaching professionals from Alabama, Mississippi, and beyond to explore the connections among language, identity, and culture. Under this year's theme, Voices of the South - A Tapestry of Language, Identity, and Culture, educators, administrators, researchers, and partners will gather in Birmingham to share ideas, expand perspectives, and strengthen their work with multilingual learners.

Exhibiting at AMTESOL gives your organization opportunities to connect with conference participants both in person and digitally.​​

  • In-Person Exhibit Space: Connect directly with attendees all day Friday + Saturday morning

  • Conference Hospitality: Registered booth representatives receive Friday lunch, Saturday breakfast, beverage breaks

$500 Exhibitor Package A: includes 1 table and 1 booth staff
$750 Exhibitor Package B: includes 2 tables and 1 booth staff

$195 Additional booth staff:  Each additional booth staff member is $195. Add additional booth staff anytime, based on the pricing schedule.

Give a Presentation

Would you like to give a presentation at AMTESOL 2027? Conference sessions provide an additional opportunity to share expertise, resources, and innovative solutions with attendees.

​

As you prepare your 20-minute or 45-minute session proposal, we encourage you to consider the following questions:

  • What products or services have you developed that transformed classroom instruction and atmosphere for English learners?

  • ​What challenges faced by educators have your products or services addressed?

  • In what ways have you engaged with parents or the community to support English learners through your products or services?

  • What new research or innovations can you offer that will shape the future of English learner instruction?

Interested in presenting a session during AMTESOL 2027?

The Call for Proposals deadline is September 30th. After the deadline we may be able to accommodate additional Exhibitor presentations so please email us at hello@amtesol.org.

$450 Exhibitor Package A: includes 1 exhibit table, 1 booth representative and all standard exhibitor benefits
$700 Exhibitor Package B: includes 2 exhibit tables, 1 booth representatives and all standard exhibitor benefits

Sponsor AMTESOL 2027

Sponsorship provides enhanced opportunities to place your organization in front of the AMTESOL community before, during, and after the conference.

Organizations can choose from a range of sponsorship opportunities designed to increase visibility, encourage attendee engagement, and connect your brand with key conference experiences.

AMTESOL 2027 offers 8 sponsorship levels. Check out the chart below and the Prospectus for details.          ​

Sponsorship levels include:

  • Exhibitor Packages: According to tier; Silver and Sapphire tiers must purchase an Exhibitor Package separately, if desired

  • Conference Visibility: Visibility at the conference prioritized according to tiers

  • Website Visibility: Priority visibility on AMTESOL's website according to tiers: Company logo and description (from receipt of payment until 90 days post-conference)

  • Social Media Posts: Not offered to exhibitors

  • Institutional Membership: 1-year AMTESOL Institutional Membership

​Arrival and Set up

All Exhibitor Booth Staff must check-in at the Registration Desk.

All Exhibitor booth locations are assigned and are not on a first-come, first-choice basis.

Exhibitors may set up Thursday afternoon or evening, January 28th or before 8:00am on Friday, January 29th.

Strike

12:00 - 12:45pm on Saturday, January 30th​

​

Oxford Abstracts App Digital Booth

All Exhibitors will be invited to build their Oxford Abstracts app digital booths in mid- to late-December.​​
