Preconference Day: Thursday, January 28 all day
$100 (price does NOT include lunch - the Galleria Food Court is an easy walk for lunch)
Participants may attend either or both activities on Thursday. Regardless, the registration for Thursday's Preconference Day is $100.
When registering for the Preconference, please indicate which Pre-Conference Institute you will attend on Thursday afternoon.

Group Registration
Register a group of any number of attendees all at once. All you need is their name and their email address. We will email you an invoice for payment, which can be paid online or by mailing us a check. Each attendee will receive an automated email via the Oxford Abstracts app with a link to complete the rest of their details, such as meal preferences.
Group Discount
For institutions registering 10 educators, an 11th educator can attend for free. This Group Discount is available during both Early Bird Registration and Regular Registration for 1, 2 or all 3 events. Example 1: if an institution registers 10 educators for the Friday/Saturday Conference, an 11th educator can attend the Friday/Saturday Conference for free. Example 2: if an institution registers 10 educators for the Preconference Day and the Conference, an 11th educator can attend both events for free.
Please email us at hello@amtesol.org and let us know how many educators will attend which events. We will email you a GROUP DISCOUNT CODE, which can be used during the registration process for the Group Discount.
Payment
Online Payment: Pay using a card during registration.
Offline Payment: Choose to pay later by Check (mail a check to AMTESOL) or Invoice (email a purchase order to hello@amtesol.org and AMTESOL will email an invoice.) Please note the Early Bird Payment Deadline of December 31st and make sure to give your bookkeeper AMTESOL's new mailing address.

If you registered at the Early Bird prices, check payments must be received or postmarked by December 31st or AMTESOL will change your registration to the Regular Pricing.

Media Policy
During AMTESOL events, AMTESOL and its exhibitors and sponsors may photograph, take video, and digitally record images and sound of attendees, which may be posted on the Whova app during and post-conference, and/or in AMTESOL/exhibitor/sponsor websites, social media, or other digital or print promotional material. By registering for AMTESOL events, attendees agree to waive any rights or interest in these images or recordings.
Non-U.S. Registrants
If you live outside of the USA and require a visa to attend AMTESOL 2027, please note that AMTESOL is NOT a visa-issuing entity. AMTESOL does not issue invitations to attend our conferences. In our experience, the US government does not typically issue visas for small, regional conferences such as AMTESOL. Also, the timeframe from registration until the conference is typically too tight to receive a visa. Thank you for your understanding.
Code of Conduct
AMTESOL is committed to providing a positive experience for everyone at its events. Harassment and bullying, including sexual or discriminatory language and imagery, are inappropriate and not tolerated at AMTESOL's events or on the digital conference app, Whova. Conference attendees and participants who violate AMTESOL's Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the event, without a refund, at the discretion of the AMTESOL Executive Board.
