Pre-Conference Workshop

$  60  One 3-hour workshop (choose 1 of 3) Friday morning (9:00am-12:00pm); includes lunch (12:00-12:45pm)

Workshop B: Bringing the Seal of Biliteracy to Alabama and Mississippi

Workshop C: Using Rubrics with International Students in Intensive English Programs on College Campuses

$180  Friday (from 1:00pm) and Saturday; includes Friday dinner and Saturday continental breakfast

$  90  Saturday only (7:00am-1:00pm); includes continental breakfast

Full-time Student* Registration

$110  Friday (from 1:00pm) and Saturday; includes Friday dinner and Saturday continental breakfast

$  70  Friday only (1:00-8:30pm); includes dinner

$  50  Saturday only (7:00am-1:00pm); includes continental breakfast

*Students must provide proof of full-time enrollment in Fall 2019, i.e., 6+ graduate credit hours or 12+ undergraduate credit hours.

AMTESOL MEMBERSHIP

Every Conference Registration includes a one-year membership to AMTESOL.

ONLINE PAYMENT AFTER REGISTRATION

If you did not pay at the time of registration but wish to pay online, you may make your payment via PayPal.

  1. Go to www.paypal.com. At the top menu, click Send.  Log into PayPal (you will need to create an account if you do not have one).

  2. In the Their email address field, type treasurer.amtesol@gmail.com, enter the payment amount and click Continue to make the payment. As long as your name is on the transaction, AMTESOL will be able to match your payment with your registration.

*Note: Please print a copy of the completed registration form that was emailed to you after submitting your online registration form and include it in the envelope with your payment.

ONLINE BULK PAYMENTS

If you wish to make a bulk payment for more than one conference attendee (e.g., the bookkeeper on behalf all the conference registrants from a school or school system):

  1. Go to www.paypal.com. At the top menu, click Send. Log into PayPal (you will need to create an account if you do not have one).

  2. In the Their email address field, type treasurer.amtesol@gmail.com, enter the payment amount and click Continue to make the payment.

  3. Send an email with the list of all the registrants' names you included in the bulk payment to treasurer.amtesol@gmail.com so that AMTESOL can credit the correct registrants.

 

NO REFUNDS

If, after registration payment is made, prospective participants are unable to attend the conference, they are encouraged to pass their conference registration along to another participant. Please email us at conference.amtesol@gmail.com to inform us of the change so we can ensure the appropriate Name Badge is created for your replacement.
