ESOL Teacher Advocacy Forum: Thursday, January 29 morning

$75 (price includes lunch)

Pre-Conference Institute: Thursday, January 29 afternoon

$75 (price includes lunch)

Conference: Friday, January 30 all day & Saturday, January 31 morning

Friday prices include keynote lunch and Saturday prices include keynote breakfast.

Full-time Students must provide proof of Spring 2026 enrollment; i.e., 6+ graduate credit hours or 12+ undergraduate credit hours. Email to hello@amtesol.org.

Group Discount

​

For institutions registering 10 educators, an 11th educator can attend for free. This Group Discount is available during both Early Bird Registration and Regular Registration for 1, 2 or all 3 events. Example 1: if an institution registers 10 educators for the Friday/Saturday Conference, an 11th educator can attend the Friday/Saturday Conference for free. Example 2: if an institution registers 10 educators for the ESOL Teacher Advocacy Forum, the Pre-Conference Institute, and the Conference, an 11th educator can attend all 3 events for free.

Ticket Transfer & Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund (minus processing fees) through Monday, December 8th; no reason required

  • 50% refund (minus processing fees) through Friday, January 10th; no reason required

  • 25% refund (minus processing fees) through Monday, January 12th; with medical documentation or proof of other extenuating circumstance

  • 0% refund on or after Tuesday, January 13th

Ticket Transfer: If you are unable to attend, we suggest you send a colleague in your place. Please email the name and email changes to us at hello@amtesol.org.

Media Policy

During the AMTESOL 2025 events, AMTESOL and its exhibitors and sponsors may photograph, take video, and digitally record images and sound of attendees, which may be posted on the Whova app during and post-conference, and/or in AMTESOL/exhibitor/sponsor websites, social media, or other digital or print promotional material. By registering for AMTESOL 2025 event(s), attendees agree to waive any rights or interest in these images or recordings.

Code of Conduct

AMTESOL is committed to providing a positive experience for everyone at its events. Harassment and bullying, including sexual or discriminatory language and imagery, are inappropriate and not tolerated at AMTESOL's events or on the digital conference app, Whova. Conference attendees and participants who violate AMTESOL's Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the event, without a refund, at the discretion of the AMTESOL Executive Board.

Non-U.S. Registrants

If you live outside of the USA and require a visa to attend AMTESOL 2025, please note that AMTESOL is NOT a visa-issuing entity. AMTESOL does not issue invitations to attend our conferences. In our experience, the US government does not typically issue visas for small, regional conferences such as AMTESOL. Also, the timeframe from registration until the conference is typically too tight to receive a visa. Thank you for your understanding.

Online Payment: Pay using a card during registration.

Offline Payment: Choose to pay later by Check (mail a check to AMTESOL) or Invoice (email a purchase order to hello@amtesol.org and AMTESOL will email an invoice.) Please note the Early Bird Payment Deadline and make sure to give your bookkeeper AMTESOL's new mailing address.
